Sushil W Gaikwad is the Founding Director and Chairperson of IMDCC. A solicitor and advocate qualified in England and Wales and in India, he leads IMDCC's development from London, including its founding partnerships and the IMDCC Founding Forum in April 2027.

Chairperson, Divyang Cricket Council of India (DCCI)
Shri Rajesh Bhardwaj was appointed a Founding Member and Chairperson of IMDCC on 6 November 2026. He chairs the Board of IMDCC Ltd, leads IMDCC's strategy, and represents IMDCC with national cricket boards, partners, governments and sponsors.
As Chairperson of the Divyang Cricket Council of India, he brings years of leadership in cricket for players with disabilities in India.

Adv. Uma Shanker Rahul Sharma
Advocate, Rajasthan High Court
Adv. Uma Shanker Rahul Sharma is a Founding Member and Director of IMDCC. He is a Former State Commissioner and State Minister, Commissionerate for Divyangjan, Government of Rajasthan.
He brings to IMDCC deep experience of disability rights, public policy and the law, and of working with government to improve opportunities for persons with disabilities.
