What we collect and why
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, organisation, country and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you tick the consent box, your consent.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your information. Messages are delivered by email through our web hosting provider. We keep enquiries for no longer than is needed, normally up to two years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
